Marketing leadership for your next phase of growth.
I partner with DTC and ecommerce brands who are ready for senior marketing leadership — but not yet ready for a full-time hire. Part-time. Full ownership.
Working with 2–3 businesses at a time, so every client gets a partner who knows their business as well as they do.
DTC and omnichannel brands from $0–$50M in revenue — founder-led teams building out acquisition, CRM, loyalty, and organic social as one growth engine, and ready for senior leadership without the full-time overhead.

13+ years in-house at brands up to $300M (L'Oréal — Lancôme, Kiehl's) inform how I work, but that's experience I bring to the table — not the scale I'm taking on as a fractional partner today.

A Working System
Not a task list — a loop. Every engagement moves through the same three phases, each one feeding directly into the next.
Fractional Marketing Leadership
- Campaign planning & cross-channel content alignment
- Channel budget allocation & spend strategy
- Monthly/quarterly budget planning with ROAS, traffic, CVR & order targets
- Goal-setting & KPI frameworks
Acquisition & Retention Strategy
- Profitable paid acquisition, testing into new channels
- CRM strategy to reactivate dormant customers & warm leads
- CRM flow redesign to lift conversion & LTV
- Loyalty program design to boost participation & 12mo LTV
Performance Insights & Optimization
- Marketing performance reporting & diagnostics across channels
- Identifying what's driving — or holding back — growth
- Translating insights into goals tied directly to business performance

ConsultingThe Problem
A new luxury postpartum retreat launched in California, facing awareness challenges in a novel & emerging market. What's the best approach to paid marketing and what results can it realistically drive?
The Approach
With a smaller budget, I started with higher-intent paid channels (like Paid Search) to prove ROAS before expanding further — focusing on local/geo and broad category-intent keywords for a single-location business.
Starting paid marketing in one channel allows for focused, measurable growth. Moving into channel complexity too quickly can complicate attribution and lead to budget inefficiencies.
